For smartwatches like the Apple your watch, activation must be completed through your paired phone. After receiving your eSIM QR code, open the Watch app (Apple) or Galaxy Wearable app (Samsung) → Select your watch → Cellular / eSIM → Set Up Cellular, then scan the QR code.
