Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Superior Me website, platform, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Superior Me operates across four distinct service areas:

Physical Products: Consumer goods delivered to domestic and international customers.

Resort Accommodation Packages: Access to specially negotiated accommodation rates including inventory typically available to members or timeshare holders.

eSIM Packages: Instant-delivery international mobile data packages for travellers.

Sales & Sourcing Agent Services: Custom procurement, negotiation, and brokerage services based on individual client needs.

We may update, modify, or discontinue aspects of the website or any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise indicated. Taxes, processing fees, duties, and shipping costs may apply and will be shown at checkout where possible.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Superior Me to charge your selected payment method for the full transaction amount.

5. Product & Service Specific Terms

a. Physical Products

30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless required under consumer law.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, product type, and supplier availability.

Some items may dispatch from domestic or international fulfilment centres.

b. Resort Accommodation Packages

Offered at specially negotiated or “Friends & Family” style rates.

Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Availability verification may take up to 48 hours.

Customers must confirm travel dates before booking as changes cannot be made after confirmation.

Superior Me is not responsible for resort-specific policies, onsite rules, or changes made by accommodation providers.

c. eSIM Packages

eSIM packages are delivered digitally via QR code or activation instructions immediately after purchase. Delivery is considered complete once the QR code or activation details are displayed or sent to the customer.

Refund requests may be submitted within 60 days of purchase only if the eSIM has not been activated, installed, or used.

Approved refunds for eligible eSIM purchases will be issued as a Superior Me Gift Card (store credit) equal to the purchase value.

Once an eSIM has been activated, installed, or connected to a mobile network, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Activation includes scanning the QR code, installing the eSIM profile on a device, or the eSIM registering on a mobile network for the first time.

Most eSIM plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated in the plan description.

Each eSIM QR code may only be installed on one device and cannot be transferred to another device after installation.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM functionality and that the device is carrier-unlocked before purchasing.

Network coverage, speeds, latency, and availability depend on local partner carriers and network conditions in each region and are not guaranteed.

Superior Me provides access to mobile data through partner carriers and does not operate the underlying mobile networks.

Unlimited / Day Pass Plans:

Unlimited or Day Pass plans include a daily allocation of high-speed data. After the daily high-speed allowance is used, data access continues at reduced speeds for the remainder of the day.

Reduced speeds after the daily allowance may range approximately between 128 Kbps and 2 Mbps depending on the partner carrier’s Fair Use Policy (FUP) and network conditions.

The daily high-speed data allowance resets approximately every 24 hours. Reset timing may vary depending on the underlying carrier and may occur either 24 hours after the first connection or at the carrier’s local midnight.

Unused daily high-speed data does not roll over to the next day.

Plan validity typically begins upon the first successful connection to a supported network unless the plan specifies that billing begins at installation.

For plans marked 'Billing starts: First Installation', the validity period begins immediately when the eSIM profile is installed and activated on the device.

Hotspot, tethering, or data sharing is supported where permitted by the device manufacturer and local carrier policies.

Plan durations may range from 1 to 365 days depending on the selected package. Top-ups or extensions may not be available for certain plans.

d. Sales Agent / Sourcing Agent Services

Service terms and fee structures are defined per client via written agreement.

Work may involve external suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors depending on project scope.

Deposits or service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where ACL rights apply, they override any conflicting terms in this document.

7. Limitation of Liability

Superior Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party carriers, networks, resorts, or suppliers.

How to Request Data Deletion

Email admin@superiorme.com.au with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Provide your full name and email address associated with your account.

Specify whether you want your full account deleted or specific data removed.

We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Personal details (name, email, phone, address)

Profile information and login data

Communication history

Order information not required for legal retention

Important Notes

Some information may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Active orders must be completed before account deletion.

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Users with social login may revoke access through their social platform settings.

Refund Policy

Physical Products

Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise required under consumer law.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately for assistance.

Resort Accommodation Packages

Non-refundable once confirmed.

Availability confirmation may take up to 48 hours.

No changes or cancellations permitted after confirmation.

Ensure your travel plans are final before booking.

eSIM Packages

Refunds may be issued within 60 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been installed or activated.

Once an eSIM profile has been installed on a device or used on a mobile network, it is considered activated and no refund will be available.

Each eSIM QR code can be installed on one device only. Once installed, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.

Most eSIM packages are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated.

Device compatibility is buyer's responsibility

Digital/Agent Services

Custom services such as sourcing and agent arrangements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
